Remote Viewing - Missing person case - Maddy Scott

For a few years now I have been working within FindMe group, a group of intuitive consultants, ex police and search and recovery experts on missing persons projects across the globe. A recent and ongoing project I BLINDLY worked for the group was for a missing Canadian woman called Maddy Scott - who is still missing.

My remote viewing session for this case in enclosed in hope that anyone involved in the case may see something within its contents and sketches that may help further. As always my thoughts are with the family and we all hope that all the combined efforts with bring Maddy home to her family soon.

My remote viewing as always was done blind - meaning I had no detail what-so-ever about who or where the missing person was. My remote viewing indicates a person missing in a remote, natural location, which is wet, green and has alot of trees. There are various sketches of landmarks and locational details all at a location/area beginning with 'C'..

A comprahensive Remote Viewing Biblography and resources

Recently I added some new resources to my main remote viewing website remoteviewed.com. These include a biblography of most of the remote viewing books, papers, transcripts, article and files. There are thousands of papers listed alone.

Its in BETA mode - which means its experimental and needs work - but will be an ongoing project As I add more and more that I find over time.

The remote viewing Biblography also has a Google search engine and I recompensed searching the posts as these do have very detailed discussions with most of the top military remote viewers from the Star Gate program, very shortly after it closed and everything went public - its a real gem of knowledge and hints on how to remote view.

1983 DIA assessment of James Randi (magician)

Another classic document from the Star Gate remote viewing program - A DIA report on the James Randi use of 'plants' in an experiment - 1983

"Thus, it is apparent that Mr. Randi has presented an extremely one-sided view of this hoax attempt. He even claims that all parapsychological research is of, questionable value. Most TV and press coverage thus far also reflect these views. As a result, the general public is given highly biased perspectives of this research area in general. This could generate negative reactions toward all parapsychological research, even for those laboratories where controls are tight and where unsolicited subjects are not accepted.

It is clear Mr. Randi is solely interested in promoting his image as a clever magician, and in enhancing his career as a showman, at the expense of reporting accuracy. The use of tactics involving "plants" raises significant ethical issues as well."

Predicting the future - nothing new here?

I find science amazing - not because of what it can do but because of the blindness of the people doing it. For decades people like myself (a self proclaimed remote viewer) have been sharing and participating in experiments that show we are psychic and that we can predict the future amongst other things - yet the swell of data done under scientifc and BLIND conditions is generally ignored until now when a respected psychologist - Daryl Bem releases a paper confirming what we've already know and have been saying for years - The paper, due to appear in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology before the end of the year, is the culmination of eight years' work by Daryl Bem of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. "I purposely waited until I thought there was a critical mass that wasn't a statistical fluke," he says.

Secret mesages, submersibles and remote viewing

In July 1977 SRI (Stanford Research Institute) carried out experiments in remote viewing from a submersible submerged in 500ft of sea, approximately 500 miles from the receiver site.

The goal of the experiment was to determine if it was possible to transmit a secret message to a submerged submarine via remote viewing. The submersible used in the experiment was the Taurus, a five-man underwater vehicle.

The protocol for the experiment was constructed in advance of the experiment;
A series of six potential messages ere to be sent. These were:
1.   Remain submerged for two days
2.   Evasive plan six
3.   Rendezvous at pickup point three
4.   Proceed to base one
5.   Standby alert on priority targets
6.   Launch priority targets

To each message was assigned a San Francisco Bay Area target location. To send a given message, a pair of investigators comprising a target demarcation team went at a prearranged time to the site linked to the particular message and remained there for 15 minutes. During this period a subject on-board the submersible, monitored by an investigator blind to the target pool, registered his impressions as to where the demarcation team was, 500 miles away, as per standard remote viewing protocol.

Following the remote-viewing trial, the subject then consulted a list of potential targets (seen for the first time at this point), made a choice as to which target of the set he had described, and noted the associated message.

Two experiments of this type were carried out - one each with two subjects. For this first experiment the submersible was at a depth of 170 m in water 340 m deep; for the second the submersible rested on the bottom in 80 in of water.

For experiment 1 the outbound team had chosen a large oak tree.
Experiment1: 17m deep in 340m of water 16th July 1977.

Target: A giant oak on a hilltop in Portola valley, California.

Remote viewer data: “A very tall, looming object. A very, very, huge, tall tree and a lot of space behind them. There feels like there is a cliff or drop-off behind them”.
In this experiment the subject was able to identify the correct target on the list and was thus able to obtain the associated correct message, "Rendezvous at Pickup Point Three."

In both completed experiments the subjects rendered excellent descriptions of the target sites, and had no difficulty in choosing the correct target from the list of six potential targets.

Predict a future target with remote viewing
We had a trial at a second predictive target for practice in our remote viewing group. As remote viewers we were in advance to try and remote view a randomly chosen news event that would be picked by Dan a week later.

I did my remote viewing for this target on the 20th of Oct 2010 and the target was later chosen on the 21st Oct and presented to us later that day as feedback information. So when I did my 'psychic thing' I did soooo blind, as a target hadn't even been chosen yet!

Predicting the future with remote viewing

Time after time it seems possible that Remote Viewing can be successfully used to predict future events.

Recently as part of a fun practice experiment for a CRV group we decided that we would try a predictive target. As remote viewers we were in advance to try and remote view a randomly chosen news event that would be picked by the group organiser a week later.

I did my remote viewing for this target on the 14th of Sept 2010 and the target was later chosen on the 16th Sept and presented to use later that day as feedback information.
So when I did my 'psychic thing' I did so blind as a target hadnt even been chosen yet!

Weekly FOIA remote viewing documents from the NSA and US Army

A summary of the CENTER LANE remote viewing work with the NSA.
Circa - August, 1983.

It states:

"In the past three months this office has been involved in three projects for the NSA: These projects have been conducted for the NSA; a total of eight interviews were conducted. The projects have produced information of significant value to the NSA."

"The CIA has successfully used parapsychological techniques for offensive intelligence collection. US research has demonstrated the ability to use paranormal sensory mechanisms for intelligence collection numerous times.

Based on US "state-of-the-art" , the advanced state of Soviet parapsychology research, and KGB sponsorship of this effort, the Soviets are believed to have the ability to conduct intelligence missions using parapsychology. It is reasonable to assume that the Soviets have exercised their ability."

"Definition: GONDOLA WISH is a program designed to integrate the Soviet and East European parapsychology intelligence collection threat into the all-source OPSEC support scenario. This is to be accomplished by training MI personnel to be able to collect sensitive intelligence data through parapsychological means (such training has been scientifically demonstrated to be possible and is available) and then to utilize these trained personnel to perform the OPSEC cycle (i.e. demonstrate the threat, identify EEFI exploitable by parapsychological means, determine vulnerabilities, and recommend countermeasures) in support of selected installations/projects."

"The CIA has used parapsychological techniques for offensive intelligence collection.These missions were conducted during the early 1970s. An "official" parapsychology offensive intelligence collection program is not being p rsued at this time. There are two reasons for this. First, the source (gifted individual) they were using, Patrick Price, died. Second, the department that was in charge of this program was the same one that got into a mess over assassination plots. That department was disbanded, the personnel reassigned, and much documentation was destroyed. DIA postulates that CIA will be conducting an "official" collection program in the future when the political climate is better."

"Training
Both US and Soviet research have shown that individual paranormal ability is intrinsic and that this ability can be enhanced through training and practice. Such training can include reinforcement techniques, meditative practice, self-hypnosis, biofeedback, and in the USSR, drug induced altered states of consciousness.

The Monroe Institute of Applied Sciences (MIAS), Afton, VA, provides relaxation training to industrial executives using advanced biofeedback techniques. MIAS also provides a multidiciplined program designed to enhance paranormal abilities for interested individuals."

"CONCLUSIONS.
a.(S) The Soviets have the ability to collect intelligence using paranormal means and are believed to be doing so.

b.(S) The US Army is subject to exploitation by the Soviet parapsychology threat.

c.(C) Action must be taken to counter this threat if the US Army is going to remain effective in the accomplishment of its mission.

d. (S) The OPSEC mission of the 902d MI Group is best suited to provide the US Army with security support designed to counter this new Soviet threat."

Produced for DIA in October 1983 as a report on the progress to date. It includes very interesting notes including details about the CRV training using the key SRI viewer at the time (Ingo Swann) as the baseline. This document shows that;
A. Ingo Swann was himself the primary CRV viewer and that he did use and train in CRV ( a fact that has been disputed in the past)
B. his accuracy after CRV training massively increased.

This document also shows examples of Ingo's CRV work both in practice and in operational remote viewing work with analysis of the data.

Key highlights from the document are:

"PREFACE:
This report summarizes results of the three-year GRILL FLAME project, which terminated at the close of FY 1983. -It contains key findings from the various project activities, and identifies potential follow-on efforts.

In addition to this DIA evaluation, the GRILL FLAME project also has been reviewed by an independent Scientific Evaluation Team that met in August and September of 1983. The scientific evaluation and recommendations will be forwarded separately"

"FINDINGS:
1. SUMMARY (U)
Key findings of the GRILL FLAME project are:

Remote viewing is a real phenomenon, and is not degraded by distance or shielding.
Remote viewing ability can be improved by appropriate training procedures.
Remote viewing has potential for US intelligence applicacations. However, at this stage of development, descriptive content (e.g., sketches, configurations) is more reliable than analytic content (e.g., function, complex technical data).
A potential threat to US national security exists from foreign achievements in psychoenergetics. In the USSR and in China, this research is well funded and receives high-level government backing.

(S/NOFORN/DRCON) Achievements of the GRILL FLAME project include development of remote viewing training methods, the development of statistical Methods for evaluating remote viewing data, and the compilation of an extensive data base on foreign psychoe-nergetics research. Methods for improving the reliability of remote viewing data, through detailed understanding of the remote viewing process, and through identification of techniques for isolating valid from spurious data also were achieved. Training techniques that show promise for enhancing the reliability of the analytical content of remote 'viewing data also were identified."

"(S/NOFORN/ORCON) The accuracy of the descriptions was assessed on the basis of the accuracy rating scale shown in Table

1. Results indicate that viewer performance improved through training. Prior to training, only 22 percent of the viewer responses from 100 tests were in the good to excellent category. After training, 66 percent of the data from 95 tests were rated as good to excellent. A statistical analysis of the first four and the last four tests from the after-training series was also performed to see if data quality at the end of this series was better than data quality at the begining.

Using the concept analysis technique discused in the appendix II, the correct site was identified in three of these last four tests. A similar approach yielded one correct match (chance level) for the first four tests. This result, along with the over all 66 percent accuracy level, indicates that the training procedures were effective and that data quality improvements were achieved over time."

"c. Intelligence Potential
...The major emphasis of the GRILL FLAME project, however, was to develop a training method that would increase the accuracy of the remote viewing data and establish that it is a transferable skill. When this project was begun, Army INSCOM had already established an in-house unit and had been producing data on operational sites since 1979. The Army INSCOM viewers have detected the remote site successfully in 50 percent of their projects (89 sites)."

"...To determine whether progress in RV training carried over to operational tasking, the most advanced viewer at SRI was at various times'targeted on sites of operational significance throughout the program to find out if he could collect information of intelligence value. This viewer was given IS operational targets. Using the accuracy rating scale defined in Table I, intelligence analysts assigned ratings of good to excellent to approximately 40 percent of--the RV responses. The effect of the RV training procedures can be seen in the data from this series. The accuracy rating average for the last five targets was 2.2 on the three-point scale;;the average from the first five (before training) was 1.4.

A statistical analysis of the last five operational tests from this series also was performed. A person who did not know which set of RV data corresponded to the correct target was able to correctly match the data with the appropriate target site for all of these five tests. The probability of this result occurring by chance is less than one in a hundred. This statistical result provides additional support for the validity of RV under operational conditions."

"...Overall results between the SRI viewer and the INSCOM viewers were consistent (40 percent and 50 percent accuracy levels). These results clearly indicate that the RV phenomenon has intelligence application potential, especially where configurational aspects of RV data can be of value. However improvement in RV data reliability for both configurational and analytical content is still required before application of RV data to intelligence tasks can become routine.

...Keeping these faictors in mind, one nonetheless finds that data generated by remote viewers are often of high quality and, provided they are appropriately integrated into the intelligence data mix, can be of significant utility. Examples of successful remote viewings are given in appendix IV."

The FOIA document of the week this week is a DIA report on Psychoenergetics circa 1984. It details lost of interesting things, some to the main points are:

II THE SCIENCE OF PSYCHOENERGETICS (U)
For any field of knowledge to be considered a science, those involved in the field must adhere to some very rigorous guidelines. In the hierarchy of science, physics would be considered as the purest science; the other physical sciences would follow, then biology and medicine. Psychology and the other social sciences would follow these. Psychoenergetics has its place somewhere between psychology and the other social sciences. It has not been reduced to mathematics and there is no physical model, but psychoenergetics does have many characteristics that are common to all science.

The first of these characteristics is replication. If an area of endeavor is to be considered a science, experiments must be replicable. When the results obtained in one laboratory cannot be obtained under the same experimental conditions in other laboratories, the work will be neglected and will be considered to fall outside the parameters of science.

The work in psychoenergetics at SRI has been replicated by several laboratories:
          ~ Remote Viewing (ESP)
          - Princeton University, Princeton, NJ
          - Institute for Parapsychology, Durham, NC
          - Mundelein College, Chicago, IL
          - University of California at Davis, CA
          ~ Remote Action (psychokinesis)
          - Princeton University, Princeton, NJ
          - Mind Science Foundation, San Antonio, TX
          - Maimonides Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY
          - Psychophysical Research Laboratory, Princeton, NJ
          - Syracuse University, Syracuse, NY
          - Bell Laboratories, Columbus, OH.

These are all bonafide scientific research and development institutes. In all, there have been 28 formal published replications of the remote viewing work at SRI. Obviously, this phenomenon is not an invention of SRI; it has been duplicated on a number of occasions.

Finally, the ongoing psychoenergetics program at SRI has recently been reviewed by a panel of renowned scientists (see Exhibit 9). Much of what they reported will be covered later in this publication. At this time, we wish to include one quote taken from the publication they prepared regarding their findings on the SRI psychoenergetic research; it bears directly on the question of whether or not psychoenergetics should be considered a science. "The lack of a physical model should not be taken to preclude the existence of the capability to view remote locations."

The CIA was the first organization to fund research. Their program established that:
~ Geographical features can be ascertained with remote viewing.
~ Descriptive aspects of a site are better described than analytical aspects.
~ Operationally-useful information can be obtained.
~ Coordinate and beacon remote viewing can be successful.
~ Standard medical/physiological/psychologicaI screening is not useful.

In 1975, Navelex supported a $74K program which established that physiological correlates to remote viewing exist, but they are weak statistically. From 1976 to 1979, the Air Force supported research that demonstrated;
~ Remote viewing can be used to monitor real-time activities.
~ Accuracy and resolution are not a function of distance.
~ Spatial resolution is accurate down to millimeters.
~ Electrical shielding does not block remote viewing.

MIA was the next organization to enter the research. They supported work that verified that interaction with sensitive electronic equipment can result in significant perturbations from expected behavior.

In AMSAA's program, from 1978 to 1980, it was proven that site descriptions are of higher quality than location-pinpointing or tracking information.

The DIA was the next agency to contract work in psychoenergetics at SRI. Their program:
~ Developed techniques to increase reliability by minimizing noise
~ Produced operational examples that were of high quality
~ Developed a reliability improvement program.

In May of 1980, a proposal was made to consolidate the DoD effort into a joint service contract. The intent was -,to provide SRI with a single set of projects, enough money, and the time needed to advance the science to a point where it could be applied to solving intelligence problems. While this was not done in as grand a fashion as hoped, the funding did improve: The total of the proposed three-year program was to develop the remote viewing phenomenon to a point where it could be used to collect intelligence. This goal was achieved. A summary of application-oriented skills developed at the present time is given in Appendix B, along with possible applications for the future.

As previously mentioned, the psychoenergetics research program at SRI International was examined by three eminent scientists in 1983. In their report, they assess the technology, and they identify elements that are necessary in any future program. The major points in their assessment are;
~ Implications are revolutionary
~ Merits continued funding in the national interest
~ National impact is profound
~ Evidence too impressive to dismiss
~ No evidence of dishonesty
~ Harassment must stop
~ Lack of physical model does not preclude existence.

It is clear that this panel of scientists considers psychoenergetics to be an enormously important field. Their recommended actions are
~ Confirm or deny existence of psi phenomena
~ Initiate a five-to-ten-year program
~ Involve additional labs
~ Continue training program.

The panel advocates a five to ten year program using multiple laboratories.
A report has already been prepared that describes a long-term program and integrates R&D and intelligence into a single unified DoD program.

The "possible" category encompasses those applications for which underlying psi phenomena have been established scientifically, but which have yet to be implemented operationally. As stated above, CRV has been verified in the laboratory, but it has yet to be applied, for example, to such camouflage, concealment, and deception (CC&D) tasks as detecting which USSR silos have operative missiles and which are empty.

Remote viewing - the origin of the asteroid belt

Remote viewing the origin of the asteroid belt is a new public remote viewing project form The Farsight Institute. One of many we have experimented with for the last three years. I participated as a remote viewer in this project submitting five BLIND ( I had no information what-so-ever about the target upfront) remote viewing sessions. The results are, well explosive!

Project Overview:

Ever wonder how the asteroid belt formed? The prevailing theory says that it is essentially a planet that never formed out of the original primeval solar nebula of gas and dust. However, there are huge problems with this theory. For example, the asteroids are large rocks that arguably needed a significant gravity source in order to form in the first place. The late astronomer Tom Van Flandern, who led the Celestial Mechanics Branch of the Nautical Almanac Office at the U.S. Naval Observatory in Washington, D.C. from 1963 to 1983, developed an alternate theory explaining the origin of the asteroid belt which he described in detail in his book: Dark Matter, Missing Planets, & New Comets. His idea is that a planet once existed in that location in our solar system, and it exploded. We call this the "exploding planet hypothesis." This theory has been widely ridiculed in mainstream astronomical circles, mainly because of resistance by mainstream astronomers to the idea that planets could explode in the first place. We decided to use remote viewing to take a look and see what actually happened. Look at the data yourself, and then you decide.

The project setup:

There are three remote-viewing targets for this study. The first target is the asteroid "433 Eros" (a siliceous or S-type asteroid) at the moment of its creation. The second target is the asteroid "253 Mathilde" (a carbonaceous or C-type asteroid) at the moment of its creation. The final target involves Iapetus, the icy moon of Saturn. Iapetus has a dark "splat" on one side, and Tom Van Flandern hypothesized that this splat was the result of an impact with a huge debris wave that ran throughout the solar system when the planet exploded that created the asteroid belt. Missing persons, Remote viewing and Mitrice Richardson

Yesterday (Friday 20th) it was confirmed that the human remains found in a Malibu hills ravine were those of long time missing student Mitrice Richardson. Mitrice, is a case I had been following since November 2009 when as part of the FINDME group, I had consulted with my intuitive skills on the disappearance of the then missing person.

With some of the cases that come through my hands, you can't but help to feel in some way connected to them as you as an intuitive consultant try to experience what they experienced and as you try to describe their current location for the authorities.

My heart goes out to her family and I now hope that they can find some measure of closure as they try to deal with this loss in their lives.

It was only a week ago that I was emailing back and forth with my project manager about this case after latest news broke of a sighting of Mitrice in Las Vegas that the police were following-up as a credible lead, to which I responded 'sorry but they are wrong - my data shows she's dead and in a ravine in the Malibu hills'. Now we have the sad confirmation to that fact.

Enclosed is my intuitive data for this project. I use a technique called Controlled Remote viewing. This means that I did this project BLIND. I had no information what-so-ever on the identity or location of the missing person. All I had was a random number to focus upon and the knowledge that SOMEONE was missing.

Los Angeles (CBS/AP)
"The skull and bones found near an abandoned marijuana grove in the Santa Monica Mountains near Malibu are the remains of 25-year-old Mitrice Richardson, according to officials."

NBC news: On Monday afternoon, a crime scene was cordoned off along Dark Canyon Road off Piuma Road. The bones were discovered in dense chaparral in a ravine. California State Park Rangers discovered the bones during a marijuana eradication effort around 1:30 p.m.

Fox News: Malibu - Skeletal remains found Monday in a Malibu ravine were identified today as those of a Los Angeles woman who went missing last September after being released from the sheriff's Malibu-Lost Hills Station. The skull and bones were discovered about 1 p.m. Monday, when state park rangers were searching an abandoned marijuana patch in the unincorporated Monte Nido area. The remains were found "a couple of miles" away from the sheriff's station from which Richardson was released, Baca said.

The primary life is:
A student Was distressed Now Dead Feel accidental – no-one else involved

The location is:
In water or water was involved/near.
The location flows downwards in a jagged direction/flow Above the area is a hill/mountain. Natural with trees, each side of the water.
The water has raised areas where it meets the land, the water feels lower.
This feels stony, maybe even boulders.

There are structures.
Some structures are to the side of the location (400yrds)
There is also a two lane road that is at times by the side of the water/flowing area.

At one point there is a manmade interruption of the water, this moves the water downwards very fast – some kind of man made overflow/control area.
Up from the location of the body is a bridge or road that crosses the water/area.

The missing person is:
Dead - Feels maybe of exposure/water Feels crumpled, disjointed and caught-up or snagged This feels like a small tributary, hard corner or space.
Feel squeezed, bunched-up, exposed to water and air.

you will see from my remote viewing session that I BLINDLY described the case and a location that fits very well with the now known location of the remains. As with all remoet viewing there may be a little 'noise' in the Rv session. In this case possible the 'water' component. Until we get more information on the exact location this is hard to fully determine. regarding the rest of my data including the sketches - it looks pretty good. You will also note that although remote viewing and intuitive consultancy can possibly help in cases like this, its not infallible and not perfect by any means.

Yes I did accurately describe Mitrice as being deceased and located in a ravine a few miles from the police station, but in a location with many such ravines all looking similar, how much this helped I don't know. I do wish we could all help more.

I'm sure you will agree that the skill is useful but its not the be all and end all. Its a work in progress. We constantly try to expand and learn form what we do and how we try to help. Within the field of study of remote viewing we even see some of the peers claim that there were no scientific examples showing that the method of choice (CRV) was proved to work. INTRODUCTION (U)
A. General
As part of an overall training R&D Task, SRI International has investigated a number of potential training procedures. One of these, which is the focus of this particular study, involves multistage, coordinate remote viewing. In this procedure,* coordinates (latitude and longitude in degrees, minutes, and seconds) are utilized as the targeting method, which is structured to proceed through a series of well-defined stages in a particular order--hypothesized to correspond to stages of increased contact with the target site.

(S/NF) In this study, the basic hypotheses of the procedure were investigated under strict double-blind testing conditions in order to document whether, and to what degree, the hypothesized training approach provided a viable vehicle for RV technology transfer. The DIA COTR in residence selected three individuals from the staff of the SRI Radio Physics Laboratory. He tested them for baseline RV performance levels over an initial series of five sessions each, and then turned them over to the SRI Psychoenergetics Program staff to be exposed to the theory and application of the procedure in question.

B. (U) Observations and Conclusions
Analysis of the data results in plots of a quantity called Figure of Merit (FM), which is a combined measure of the reliability of RVer statements, and the accuracy and completeness of target description. Based on the earlier development work on the training procedure under study, a particular performance curve was anticipated:

A baseline region of relatively poor performance.An unstable region of anomalously-high "first-time effect" immediately following initial instruction. A region of slowly-increasing stable growth to levels above baseline performance.

For all three RVers, the evolution of the distribution of data points over time, aligns with the predicted performance curve, and several measures of the correlation reach statistical significance; thus, the data-point distribution appears not to be random, but patterned as anticipated. With regard to overall performance, one of the three RVers generated independently statistically significant results, with regard to
(1) the (positive) slope of the learning curve, and
(2) the increase in mean performance level achieved in training (as compared with baseline).

It thus appears that the data generated in this study, collected under rigorous double-blind conditions and analyzed by objective computer-automated procedures, provide support for the Track I Training model developed in earlier efforts. All remote viewers showed an increase in performance over baseline level, exhibiting growth in conformation with a predicted performance curve--one significantly so.

For years I have been reading up and practising remote viewing and many times during this process I have seen Ingo Swann title this thing ‘telepathy’ like in the title of his 'Penetration' book. At times over these years I have pondered this thinking No its definitely not Telepathy (mind to mind) communication it can’t be, it has to be more exotic than this, Maybe Ingo made a mistake. Now though my ideas have changed – I feel like hes been trying to hint at and tell us something for years but most of us have just completely missed it.

This past year I’ve done quite a few remote viewing projects and targets and even now the actual process of rv always seems to be changing – it shifts. I now think I have an idea why. I’m starting to think that RV is a smaller manifestation of the workings of the universe and quantum behaviour in that, like small quanta of which the entire universe is constructed, the RV process/mechanism behaves sometimes like a wave an sometimes like a particle.

I think that at times the rv process acts like a particle and that we get ‘direct’ information – this is shown when both the tasker/analysts and the remote viewer are surprised and that the information recorded by the viewer is more than what the viewer, tasker/analyst actually knew and could only be confirmed by feedback – new data.

Then I think at times the rv process acts like a wave and the data is more in line with the tasker/analysts thoughts and information about the target – not really new data and data slanted towards their internal impressions/beliefs – this i feel is telepathic. This is probably the noisier route?

I think what may be happening is just like the ‘double slit’ experiments. The act of observing and analysing the remote viewing project, collapses the duality of the process into a particle/wave approach or in remote viewing data terms direct or telepathic data.

What I feel is happening is what the ancients have been trying to cryptically tell us for years with phrase like ’as above so is below’. I feel rv works as does the quantum universe we are part of.

This seems to make sense to me in what I have observed as a constantly changing entity. At times the data feels so much more direct with new, unknown data. Then at other times the data feels slanted and impressioned – on examination it looks more akin to the expectations and wants of the tasker/analyst.

Could this mechanism also be a fundamental contributor to the ‘noise’ problem? I haven’t got this far in my thinking yet - but if could be. Also how far and to what extent the observation plays in collapsing the duality, I too haven’t given much thought to this – this is just an expression on some concepts in my head.

I wanted to share with you...
My thinking is that probably like so many things, the RV process behaves like quanta and collapses its duality with observance (conscious interaction/investigation) and that it is both direct knowledge through the behaviours of quantum physics and that it is also telepathic in nature, both existing at the same time until collapsed by observance or conscious participation in the project and its outcome.

What do you think – could this concept be onto something?

Could the data be direct knowledge and telepathic, and collapsible? Is 'conscious observance' the key to this process?

Games, virual worlds and Remote Viewing.

As long time Remote Viewer and an avid FPS gamer I too have noticed similar effects within my remote viewing. I have noticed that I can within remote viewing make the same movements when navigating around virtual game worlds as I can within my remote viewing world as the internal mechanism tries to recreate a virtual representation of the remote target in my mind.

When playing these games its very, very easy to become totally absorbed in the created worlds. I’m not a person sat in a chair watching a screen. I am in the world – immersed in the environments.

In Modern Warefare 2 - I am the sniper, hidden in the grass – watching it sway in the wind before my eyes, rain coming down all around me. I can sense and feel the world around me. My surround sound headphones let me hear the distant sounds of gunfire, footsteps and the sound of nature. The world feels real. So real that it is a shift of reality to bring a gamer out of a state back into the real world.

It may just be as this study seems to indicate – time spent in virtual worlds- may also translate into other realms that humans use where virtual worlds are created – like remote viewing.

Like I said its only my opinion and experience but the remote viewing and the gaming immersion experience are identical in feel to me, both as real and both allowing me to move and experience new virtual worlds in new ways.

So if you are a remote viewing also give gaming a trial – It will help.

Nightline 1995 Remote viewing expose

This is the program that outed the CIA/DIA Remote viewing programme to the world.
This video screened in 1995 on the American “Nightline” program. This was the first mainstream story about the government’s experiments in remote viewing.

Despite the many successes that were reported through remote viewing, the two experts selected by the CIA to report on the program decided it needed to be shut down. According to Joe McMoneagle (also in this video) this had less to do with the success rate of remote viewing than political pressure and fear.

The obvious question about the remote viewing program remains: If the CIA thought there was nothing to it, why did they fund the program for twenty years?

Here is the first project in a new series of public remote viewing projects. The target destination for this one turned out to be MARS - and some interesting (possible) structures in an official NASA/JPL image.

Nine methods/trained remote viewers from four differing remote viewing methods and schools participated in this first project.

3 x CRV viewers
4 x HRVG viewers
1 x TRV viewer
1 x SRV viewer

The target had three separate targets for the viewers to look at over 2-3 different sessions each.

I would add from the start that most of the remote viewers picked up very similar data - most of this for three parts of the targets include 'life' and 'constructed structures' - (make of it as you will). But Alternative 3 may just live on after all. All this in the same month as Laura Magdalene Eisenhower, Ike’s great-granddaughter, outs secret Mars colony project. :)

ALL the targets on this were done BLIND meaning the remote viewers had NO information upfront or until the project was completed.

Remote viewing - When will someone lead?

This week I left my membership to IRVA (International Remote Viewing Association) behind with the announcement to the admin that I would not be renewing the $50 fee.

Nearly two years ago after a long time watching IRVA from the outside I decided to try to participate from the inside to see if this could bring some much needed enthusiasm to the field of remote viewing - after all you have to be in it to win it - or so I hear.

Once inside these enclaves it soon became clear that this was another organisation like many others that really did nothing with the talented and enthusiastic people who work and run at the grass roots levels of the field. That the main aim of the organisation had become lost over time and now its only real aim was to keep itself alive, like a dying man hooked up to a tank of oxygen, one more breath, one more breath...

Time after time in forum discussions I saw talented and dedicated remote viewers who cried out for projects, full of ideas for expansion and modernisation beaten down with demoralised attitudes and excuses of money, time and resources.

So after nearly two years I would not renew - we are in financial turmoil across the globe and I couldn't justify $50 membership fee on a randomly produced black and white newsletter containing reviews of old remote viewing books and conference highlights where people talked anout the so called glory days of remote viewing in the 1970s.

I get around within Remote viewing community and will work with anyone who works properly and who will share and over the years I've discussed and met with many remote viewers, many of which cry out for and want leadership, want a direction to follow, want help and companionship on the learning journey that is remote viewing - the question is, if IRVA cant do this then who will.

Its a crying shame really because like we have all seen on report cards from teachers in our deep pasts there is the writing 'could do better' scrawled across the history of the organisation.

I guess time will tell.

A few weeks back, I was interviewed by one of the UK's leading newspapers on the subject of remote viewing. Overall it did not turn out too badly as many of these things do when discussing the psychic and the paranormal.

Personally I feel my team of remote viewers DID accurately answer the remote viewing target/question of: 'were there any illegitimate children' as a NO. My team described the existing family with enough clarity to cause the reporter to be upset and cry but didn't describe any additional children - hence question answered IMO.

"Smith has used RV to visualise GPS co-ordinates and exact details of locations and crime scenes – helping police to track down lost children, as well as human remains and criminals on the run. He showed me letters of thanks for his help in finding the bodies of a missing US Army staff sergeant, and a Kansas suicide victim. "I couldn't save these people's lives, but I helped their families get closure on their deaths," he says.

How is it possible to do this? The answer, says Smith, lies in a programme devised for the CIA by a psychic called Ingo Swann, who developed techniques for stimulating creativity and accessing the subconscious. "Everyone is mildly psychic and can learn to do remote viewing," Smith says. "The training – which is lengthy, like learning a martial art – teaches you to interpret subtle gut impressions. This week we expect to follow the media trickster and psychological illusionist Derren Brown attempt to explain the extensive 20+ year military and 30+ public remote viewing efforts with his stage trickery.

In the 1960s, in response to a leaked KGB video, the CIA spent millions of dollars (the equivalent of $75m in modern money) on research into psychic abilities and in particular the principle of remote viewing - the ability to see and describe an object that is hidden from view.

Those of you with a knowledge of Remote viewing history will already see a mass of errors in this opening statement – which doesn’t bear well for a full, honest and accurate showing of remote viewing skills within the proposed event.

1. It wasn’t a leaked KGB video that started the CIA and military psychic spying programs
2. The spend in modern money was approx $20M over a period of 20 years.

What we know and practice as remote viewing (I’m guessing) is NOT what will be shown in this ‘event’. I’m sure during the length of the ‘event’ Derren will in many ways introduce a suggested remote viewing target into the minds of the suggestible. This is NOT remote Viewing.

Most remote viewing and remote viewers work with a set of rules called protocols. The main one of these being that the remote viewer is kept BLIND to the target. This means that the remote viewer has No information on what the target could be and have NO close communication or contact with people who know what they target is. For example they don’t have a mind magician, cold reading and subtly implanting imagery that will ‘pop-out’ as a revelation.

I for one would be very happy to see an impartial and honest scientifically run test of remote viewing. Alas I don’t think we will with this ‘event’.

Well after some discussion on air and off and a false start we did achieve a fairly level playing field allowing participation in a properly chosen and tasked target and blind remote viewing experiment for the shows forum users.

A target was chosen by the admins of the Paracast show and forum. They then assigned this a written random number and held this as a file to themselves.

The random number was the only information supplied to Myself and another participant in the attempt using the online name of 'Gulliver'. The number supplied was 4672.

We both did our Remote viewing things and sent it to the project organiser David. On the 8th of may, 2009 he posted the feedback and started the discussion on the results on the Paracast forum here:

The feedback was:

Here is the summary data from my remote viewing session:

The target mainly feels like:
Land, structure/s and a downwards feel or movement.

The land:
Direct, hard, solid rough and dry.

Structure/s:
Feels manmade.
Constructed.
Strong imposing shape and form.
Tall, solid, hard, thick and dense.

The structure feels:
Very linear both on the horizontal and vertical levels. Lots of lines - blocky.
A part of the structure feels downwards based - drops downwards.
I’m not sure if this is motion or aesthetic and visual.

From the perspective of looking up at the target;
it looks linear and oblique/sloped.
Everything feels chunky, solid and dense.

This has a ‘monolithic’ and important feel to it, like a memorial, a great sense of pride and achievement, a strength and for show.

Parts of the structure feel:
Blocky, stepped down, solid, edged and chunky.
Strong angles and lines feel like a major part of this target.

Downwards:
A strong sense of downward comes with this target.
A part or focus of the structure is an up down movement, possibly with the eye. I feel the form of the structure and the downwards movement of it are combined in some way.

Personally we feel that this was a great double hit on the blind target all done out in the open in front of a sceptical audience. Read the forums for yourself to see the responses and reasons why some feel it was a miss and why :)

For a while now I (Daz) have wanted to gather and share all the great examples of remote viewing that I see and sometimes participate in, in one place for all to see and share. So I created eight martinis. This will be an online (for now) magazine available for FREE in a downloadable Adobe .pdf format, 2-3 times a year.

So much more great remote viewing goes on in the public domain which is equal to or better than the great (but now a little old and dog eared), Pat Price ‘Crane’ example that we see over and over, that I wanted eight martinis to show these in their full unformatted state so that we can all share and learn from them and our experiences.

Tha Art of the Ideogram in Remote Viewing

The Art of the Ideogram.

The Ideogram is a cornerstone of the CRV (Controlled Remote Viewing) methodology created by Ingo Swann (Circa 1979-1988) as a consultant for SRI. The Ideogram has also been adopted by the following mutated forms of CRV but at times it’s been given less of a prominence in these later methodologies.

Firstly what is an Ideogram?
Simply put - An ideogram is a pictorial representation of an idea or concept.

For example:

This drawn symbol or shape is now commonly known to represent infinity. It cant possibly show everything that a concept like infinity means - but its shape and form represents the concept of infinity.

In CRV, the Ideogram represents an instantaneous reflex capture of the remote viewing target in picture form. A pictorial summary of the target.

The Ideogram takes the form of a reflex action with no drive form the conscious mind as it skips across the pages at a lightening pace. The Ideogram is then lightly probed to extract its ‘feeling’ its ‘form’ and its sensory impressions.

In essence in the many years of doing ideograms they have become known to me as an object of beauty, an art form, an expression of the entire target and every single bit of data, captured within a sweep on the pen.

Each and every single ideogram is different and although some have common features like straight or intersecting lines representing structures, most ideograms have that like bit extra, a subtlety that radiates the needed information. The key is to take the time to respect, explore and decode the ideogram properly. I’ve seen student want to skip this target of the remote viewing process in their willingness to sketch or delve into the depths of a target, yet it’s all here wrapped up in a beautiful, purely creative and personal expression of the target.

Over the years I have come to see ideograms as single works of art - a pure unaltered expression of the remote target, untouched by noise as it momentarily explodes form the creative mind on to the paper and dissipates in a nano-second. I can look back on a remote viewing session containing multiple layered ideograms and with the hindsight of feedback - I see mapped in the swirling lines and unconsciously created ‘art’ a map of the target laid bare, waiting to be probed and discovered. Lying within the ideogram is a creative language stronger and more intense than any language of words.

A Recent example:

This is an ideogram recently created in a remote viewing project for a missing person.

At the point where the random target number ended you can see the creative explosion of information travel through me, into the pen and then on to the paper. You can trace the flow of the pen in the great arcing swirls and downwards as it records a life form, labelled [a.].

Then it skips across the page wanting to impart more information, which it does in a secondary explosion of sweeps and swirls reaching across the white void. This second Ideogram is labelled [b.] and when probed it indicates the confused, heavy, stifling, busy, mental condition of the target life form. This is a nano-second of creative expression, detailing a complex mental condition involving depression and sever confusion. On probing I can sense this, see it and feels it, a cloudy puffiness that takes over all.

The creative side of me sees this Ideogram as a thing of beauty a swirling form of energy as if reaching out across the pages with a story to tell.

It turns out the Missing person is a male with a severe mental condition who is prone to episodes of confusion, and who is still missing, presumed dead.

For the practitioners out there - remember to take your time and have fun with the Ideogram part of the process, it’s the creative side of you expressing the target in ‘your’ personal language. It also shows that behind all the acronyms and words that remote viewing IS an artistic process and that your Ideograms, sketches and even your pages of information are like little galleries filed with works of art., your art, learn to love and respect them.

For those methodologies or practitioners that have bypassed or relegated the Ideogram to a secondary position in your process - you need to re-evaluate this, go back and give it another try, look deep into the action and expression that explodes form both the target and from within in each of these little artworks.

My name is Daz Smith and for eleven plus years I have been a practitioner of CRV. This is a Remote viewing product designed and created by Ingo Swann and the SRI team during the years 1972-1984 for the U.S. Intel services and Military.

ON THE NATURE OF REALITY AND REMOTE VIEWING

REALITY AND REMOTE VIEWING

INTRODUCTION

This paper is directed to why we are having so much difficulty scientifically understanding phenomena such as remote viewing (clairvoyance), dowsing, and spiritual healing.

I wrote this paper mostly for myself to better organize my thoughts, as a physicist, on my psychic and spiritual experiences and what these experiences are saying about the nature of the universe.

My paper emphasizes that we scientists must get out of our comfortable assumptions of a 4-dimensional space-time with immutable physics in order to significantly progress on understanding the Universe.

While my suggested view of "reality", and my supporting experiences, are not unique -- there are few signs that this view and such justifying experiences are much considered in the scientific and psychism communities.

Rather, I see that most scientists researching psychism are stuck in the comfortable assumptions that physics and 4-dimensional space-time are always valid and never have exceptions. They are also stuck in not weighing in possibly an active conscious spiritual participant.

This paper will not be acceptable to the standard research publications, because these publications with their peer review systems are the most stuck of all in these comfortable assumptions. I am retired and have no motivation to create technical publications for my professional advancement, which gives me the freedom to think and write unfettered.

For the ones who can manage their belief system, and not be managed by it, I offer this paper for thought.

I expect that changing the public's belief system on psychism will be done by generation-death and a new generation of more open thinkers. That is what Dr. Lister experienced with the German medical profession, after he discovered germs and sterilization.

SCIENCE BACKGROUND

My background is provided to establish that I am an experienced physical scientist.

My education is a B.S. in Aeronautics, a M.S. in Nuclear Engineering and Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Physics. I was educated at the University of Michigan. My technical career has spanned fifty years of research and development, along with university teaching.

PSYCHISM AND SPIRITUALITY BACKGROUND

Since my youth I have been a highly-functional psychic, with a lifetime of psychic and spiritual experiences -- which I generally keep as a private matter.

I am functional in clairvoyance, psychokinesis (some times), spiritual healing, and other experiences I don't know how to categorize.. I am also functional in remote viewing and dowsing.

I never take money for these abilities, so I have no commercial motives.

"SCIENTIFIC" METHODS

As a physicist I first want to remind the reader that the first principal of science is:

When reason conflicts with experience, experience trumps.

This point is being made due to a number of scientists wanting to reject unusual phenomena that have not passed their rigor of reproducible scientific testing. Denying the experience on this argument is promoted by scientists who like their comfortable belief system of testable reproducibility, and have forgotten the starting foundation of all new physical theories -- experience trumps.

And, there is no reason that unusual phenomena, such as these spiritual and psychic experiences, must be reproducible and testable in this 4-dimensional physical reality. These are assumptions conveniently made. Nice, handy, but not justifiable. Especially with humans.

I note that my wife will not meet the test reproducibility -- but she is very real never the less.

My experiences with spiritual miracles have strongly demonstrated that our space-time physics does not always hold when dealing with spiritual phenomena. Some things occur that are impossible according to our 4-dimensional physics.

There appears merit in the statements of Hindu mystics that this physical existence is an illusion and the real world is the spiritual world.

I have had spiritual-miracle experiences that are impossible, but they did physically occur. Some major spiritual experiences occurred under conditions of close observation that prevented trickery.

I initially struggled with accepting these spiritual experiences because they so violated my physics training. However, I finally accepted the experiences were real, but not explainable within the currently known physics of this physical existence.

• One striking example was a mystic manifested a physical object out of nowhere. This object appeared about one foot in front of my eyes while I was staring at the manifestation point. My wife also witnessed the experience. Trickery was impossible. He gifted us the object afterward as a memento.

• Another example was the healing of a structural defect in a person's skeletal system -- permanently curing a condition that was medically untreatable.

REMOTE VIEWING AND DOWSING

In spiritual healing, and in remote viewing (clairvoyance) and dowsing, I note that I use the same process. It is my experience that they are all the same phenomena, just used for different purposes.

My spiritual healing experiences, and many psychic experiences, all have the clear nature that there is a spiritual interactive consciousness that sometimes responds to my requests with actions and information.

I speculate that this same spiritual consciousness is the source of the information gleaned by remote viewing and dowsing.

Presently none of these psychism and spirituality phenomena are well understood. I believe the problem here is our current research methodologies are constrained by our belief in an immutable physics and space-time reality.

HOW MANY DIMENSIONS ARE ENOUGH?

dimension: One of the group of dimensions, whose number is necessary and sufficient to determine uniquely each element of a system of entities.

So: Are 4-dimensions sufficient for our total existence?

SPIRITUALITY
The word "spiritual" is different from the word "religious".
Classical Pantheism:
My usage of the word "spiritual" is close, but not always the same as in Classical Pantheism.
Classical pantheism is expressed in Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Monism, and the New Age, as viewing God in both a personal and a cosmic manner।

The names God, Brahman, and The Conscious (interactive) Universe are interchangeable in my usage।

Classical pantheists believe there is a spiritual basis to all reality. So do many physicists, due to our experiences with quantum physics.
A feature of pantheism is that each individual human is an active part of the Universe or God.

A way to understand this relationship is through the Hindu phrase, tat tvam asi - "that thou art", wherein the human soul/self or Atman is understood to be the same as God or Brahman - only people do not realize it। In this Hindu concept they believe that one must be liberated through enlightenment (moksha) in order to experience and fully understand this relationship - then the part becomes no longer dissimilar from the whole.

God or Brahman or the Conscious Universe is said to be eternal, omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, and ultimately indescribable in human thoughts and language

(I disagree with the underlined part above, and argue that because God or Brahman has given each human soul free will, God is self-constrained from being omnipotent or "all powerful".
I note that parents are not all powerful over their child, once they give the child some free-will in order for them to gain life experiences and mature।)

The sage-seers (rishis) of the Upanishads (Hindu scriptures) fully realized Brahman as the reality behind their own being and of everything else in this universe। This rishi knowledge is ancient -- from thousand of years before Christ.

• These rishis described Brahman as infinite Being, infinite Consciousness, and infinite Bliss (satcitananda).
• Brahman is regarded as the source and essence of the universe.
• The initial unmanifest state of singularity of the universe is described as a "beyond being and non-being" in the Nasadiya Sukta.
• The Rig Veda says that by the desire of the Supreme Being, the initial manifestation of the material universe came into being from Hiranyagarbha (literally "golden womb"), out of which all worlds, organisms and divine beings (devas) arise.

It is said that Brahman cannot be known by material means, and we cannot be conscious of it because Brahman is our very consciousness.
(I take exception to the underlined portion above, because of my experiences with The Conscious Universe। Over the years, I have had interactive physical experiences with The Conscious Universe many times, demonstrating to me that a human can communicate both ways with The Consciousness Universe.)

THE PSYCHISM and SPIRITUALITY MECHANISM
Based on these experiences in spirituality and psychism, I propose that a Conscious (interactive) Universe is why psychic and spiritual phenomena occur. I propose that:

Psychic and spiritual phenomena are a participatory spiritual connection with The Conscious Universe.

Four-dimensional space-time physics is not immutable when it is involved with spiritual connections।

RESEARCH PROBLEM
Physicists do not know how to measure or detect a spiritual connection except by experience -- which is why we scientists are having so much trouble studying and understanding psychic and spiritual phenomena.

Remote Influencing Experiment

Remote Influencing trials.

As the first in a series of remote influencing experiments on UKRV we aim to trial I tried to remote influence an REG (random event generator) based a few hundred miles away from me.

For this first attempt I attempted to use three differing psychic methods each lasting for 20 minutes within the space of a hours work.

The REG machine compiles a report of the activity (see image) When working normally the line will go up and down generally in the middle of the page/graph - above and below the centre line in between the curved marker।

Mine has the good effect outside the curve near the beginning then generally just stays high and increases high - The best effect though was near the beginning showing a small time of remote influencing on the machine।

I think to be honest trying three completely different psychic methods was too much in such a short time space and watching the clock for the 20 minute time zones didn’t help my focus, but its all experimental and this will be adjusted.

The first 20 minutes was using a deep mediation and a technique discarnate entities taught me about moving part of myself to different places other than me - this worked the best it seems.

The second 20 minutes I went straight into a frontloaded remote viewing of the machine and tried to describe/sketch its internal components.

The third 20 minutes I went straight into Qui Gong deep breathing exercises - building my energy and trying to push/transfer this towards the machine.

We have much more work to be done and ideas for trial and potential uses so watch this space over the coming months.

As with ALL remote viewing - it can only be real Remote Viewing and fully evaluated with feedback, and with the latest discoveries of articles the plane and a crash site a picture is now starting to emerge of what happened that fateful day.

My teachers were Dr. Keith Harary and Dr. Russell Targ, formerly of the STARGATE Remote Viewing Program at Stanford Research Institute (SRI).

Proficiency:
I have practiced remote viewing for years, and experienced steady improvement in performance while doing a lot of double-blind viewings. Practicing allowed me to find a good personal viewing procedure and to learn to recognize an incoming signal. There are probably as many different procedures for remote-viewing as there are proficient viewers.

People find a viewing procedure that works best for them. I will give you mine. At this point my viewings, done with double-blind setups and independent judging, deliver a success of about 90%. About 1 in 10 of my viewings has very high detail.

RV Pictures:
I receive RV data in the form of pictures. What I get is a gradually formed picture, which starts out as a vague image on the "inner screen", which some people think of as the location of the "third eye".
Then, the picture gradually fills in with more detail and color. I interrupt during a viewing and sketch and write comments on what I have seen so far. Then, I go back to the viewing process -- which does not seem adversly affected by the interruption.

It takes me patience to view successfully. Commonly, five minutes or more will pass before any image starts to appear. Then, it might take another five minutes or more for the picture data to fully fill in. During the viewing, I commonly interrupt and add to the sketch as many as three times, plus once more after the end of the viewing. When the picture stops filling in more details, the viewing is effectively done.

About one in ten times, I will get a very high detail colored picture -- nearly a photograph. It might have to do with how well I kept my objective mind's thinking away from the viewing process.

The rest of my viewings (except the high detail viewings) appear as a "cartoon". (See Figure 1. below). I have always thought it weird that The Universe chooses to communicate in the form of these cartoons, but there you are. In viewings where I get cartoon responses, the cartoons are usually unclear on what they represent. They become obvious when examined against the double-blind targets by the judges.

In real target viewing with a cartoon response, one has partial data on the target. So, data is usually needed from more than one viewer to try to fill in more of the details.

Cartoon Data Example:
This article shows only one cartoon example, because this particular cartoon demonstrates fully the nature of these cartoons. Figure I is a cartoon picture I received in a double-blind practice exercise. My interpretation comments, at the bottom of the sketch, were added after the viewing ceased.

One cannot interpret the data during an on-going viewing, because the intervention of the objective mind kills the viewing connection immediately. This target first gradually filled in as the outline shape. Then, the purple field filled in. Then, the holes appeared. That was it.

Figure 2 is the practice target viewed, which turned out to be a picture of a dead body. So, it is possible to RV a picture of a dead body. I do not know if that means that one can RV a dead body, rather than the picture as I did.

"Ötzi" was found by two hikers in 1991 in the Italian Alps. The body was at first thought to be a modern corpse. He was then determined to have died about 3300 B.C., and has been preserved by the ice since then.

Bias:
I note a bias in my viewings.

I see physical objects and fire from the target, but do not see the live people. In one viewing, I did see the dead body which was the target. A professional-psychic female associate saw the live people in the same viewing exercise. But, she did not see the fire, and not much of structure.

It seems viewers have different sensitivities when viewing the same target at the same time. This is another reason for using several viewers on a real target.

Recognizing a Good Signal:
Oddly, I found that a reliable indicator for me of a successful viewing going on is that my mind whispers to me: "You have got it wrong; you are going to look like a fool if you take this as a good viewing." Those were the times when I got a really good viewing. It seems my mind does not like the RV process, and I have to struggle with that situation.

Avoiding Mind Interference:
An important part of the viewing procedure is to keep my thinking mind from entering and trying to "help". It must remain only in the role of an observer and recorder. Once my thinking mind enters the process, the viewing immediately ceases. It was a struggle until I learned to make an arrangement with my mind at the start of the viewing process.

My personal viewing initiation process:
When I do a viewing I always begin by saying to my inner mind these statements:

"It is okay that this viewing does not work, as long as I do the process correctly." "I draw whatever comes in; I do not try to understand it." "Thinking Mind please act only as an observer, and please do not help otherwise. Thank you." "Please show me the information in present time." (Or, future or past time.) "Please show me the Target now."

This viewing initiation procedure works for me, and resulted in a big improvement in my viewing results.

Targeting:
In practice situations, the double-blind targets are randomly selected by some device just before being read. No human knows what the target is until after the viewing is complete. In such practicing, SRI found that the viewer only has to say: "Show me the Target now". The viewer does not have to otherwise identify the target in any other way, except to specify time. Somehow, the Universe knows the correct target.

There are sometimes targeting errors during multiple viewings -- such as when the target actually viewed is the one following the one blind-selected to be next viewed. This can occur even though the target-after has not yet been selected. So, the Universe seems to have a view of the future regarding targeting. SRI found out that viewing can easily be out of present time, so the viewer must give an instruction regarding in what time do they want to view.

The time can be highly specific in looking into the past. There are other ways to target, such as coordinates, which are covered in the suggested books. Dr. Harary said that targeting is the greatest mystery of remote viewing.

Putting It Down:
In viewing, if one might be seeing something but is unsure, then, that is the time to start putting it down. That is how it is done. In my case, the picture gradually develops. If a viewer starts judging whether or not they are seeing a real target, then the thinking mind gets into it and kills the viewing.

Practice:
Practice, with a lot of double-blind readings and independent judging, does the most to improve one's proficiency.

Remote Viewing the Nina Reiser murder

As one of the remote viewers who worked this project I would like to share this final report with you (I did not author this report).

This is a story about the disappearance of the mother of two young children, in Oakland, California, a city of 420,000 people, across the Bay from San Francisco. Oakland is known for many things – sharing the Bay Area with San Francisco, its exceptionally sunny weather, its vibrant multi-ethnic mix, its professional sports teams - the Raiders and the A's - and for its very high murder rate. It is not known for the disappearance of mothers in the Oakland hills.

The main thrust of this report is to follow the history of the disappearance of this young woman named Nina Reiser, including the efforts to find her, both conventional and with remote viewing, the trial that resulted, and the surprising aftermath.

We will present the story as it developed. You will see the deployment of remote viewing by a professional team and get a good sense of how a remote viewing project unfolds. Both verbal and graphic data from remote viewing sessions will be included. We will present the large amount of relevant data that a team can produce while not consciously knowing what the objective (or target) is. We will also show some of the challenges such a project faces and difficulties that arise as the remote viewing data is received by the project manager. We will include the considerable amount we got right, and an important facet that we got wrong.

This report shows the blind remote viewing work of a small dedicated team of remote viewers and an outside dowser as they try to piece together this complex missing person case, that has now transformed into a murder and recovery case. The remote viewers work together using differing methods and styles and are located all over the world.

The report that started the American psychic spying program.

Whilst searching the Net I just found a released FOIA document that I havent seen before that may just be the starting point of the American remote viewing effort now generally grouped and classed as Stargate. I haven't seen this document in the Stargate FOIA archives and I have in the past read about why the Americans started a Psispy effort - this document seems to actually be the reason why.

The purpose of the 33 page document was to determine whether paranormal phenomena existed, how the Russians were investigating it and how this tallied with American efforts.

There is a section which is a little disturbing - i will leave you to find out why, its titled 'Possible Military Applications'.

The final reports conclusions include the point that was I feel the one that kick started the SRI effort and the American Remote viewing program.

IF paranormal phenomena do exist, the thrust of soviet research appears more likely to lead to explanation, control and application than is U.S. research.

DI51 1000 pages in Remote viewing files...

As part of my research about Remote viewing I have been looking into the UK MOD and British Military Intel, especially in the time period below of which there is a reference in the US CIA FOIA documentation release where a member of the STARGATE remote viewing unit met and brief officers from DI55 - the alleged UFO/Strange department of UK military intelligence.

To do this I have been using the UK FOIA to try to release some of this information.
A recent reply to one of these requests is enclosed and details branches of Defence Intelligence have a 1000 page document on remote viewing and PSI activities.

Thank you for your email of 17th October, which you submitted to the Info Access
Office of the Ministry of Defence (MOD), in which you asked the MOD for information on:
‘any files held by DI55 or the Departmental Records Officer which would have been open during 1994 that contain the terms 'Anomalous Mental Phenomena' or terms or acronyms with a similar meaning within the title such as: psychic, remote viewing, remote action, ESP, PSI, Stargate’. Your request has been considered as a request for information under the Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) 2000.

Following an extensive search of records held by the Defence Intelligence Staff and the Departmental Records Office, two files have been identified which contain the specified terms and acronyms in their titles. Their reference numbers are: DI51/GO21 and DI51/GO28. It has not been possible to establish when the files were opened, but they were closed and archived in 1999 and together contain almost one thousand pages, so they might have been open in 1994. The vast majority of the documents in the files are copies of papers which are already in the public domain, consisting of cuttings and articles from magazines, newspapers and the internet related to distance viewing and other psychic phenomena.

Simulating the universe - my theory on the Remote viewing mechanism

How the magic happens.

I sit here in a fairly blank room at a desk waiting for the world around me to collapse inwards and the target to reveal itself. Each breath deepens my withdraw from the physical world as I slip into my cool down meditation.

I’m nearly there now – everything feels distant, the sound of children playing in the street outside muffles into the background, the feeling in my arms and legs fades and starts to leave me without form, this is when I know I’m ready to remote view and I can almost feel the target pulling and tugging at an elastic connection where my third eye should be – the target is ready to be explored.

The target for today in half way around the world from me, 3,000 miles away to be more exact. We are remote viewers and not superman we don’t actually zip across 3000 miles of time and space to the physical target and touch it with transparent fingers caressing it to find its sensory details, But sitting here in my room I can access imprinted data about that remote place in tiny ripple like waves of impressions. This information about the target is all around us and available to all of us.

The good news.

Science is finally catching up with the seer. Quantum physics and theories like the holographic universe theory, now present a scenario where remote viewing and psychic become normal traits of a world where everything is connected in time and space. Everything in the universe and beyond is connected. A non physical web of non local interconnectedness carries information to and from the far reaches of space as and when they are called by our thoughts and our intentions.

So here I am, relaxed, ready, and with the mere action of thought – whoosh I am instantaneously immersed in a pool of information about my request, the target.

This is where I must clarify, we don’t actually go to the target, but as we have access to all information about the target. Parts of the brain, including Mirror Neurons try to sympathise with the target and using our collected life experiences and memories to date we build a simulation of the target in our minds piece by piece.

“The human brain has multiple mirror neuron systems that specialize in carrying out and understanding not just the actions of others but their intentions, the social meaning of their behaviour and their emotions. Mirror neurons allow us to grasp the minds of others not through conceptual reasoning but through direct simulation. By feeling, not by thinking."1

Also that gut feeling you have, the intuitive one that steers you in the right direction – mirror neurons. These have now been found surrounding the heart tissue. 40,000 of them directly communicating with the brain – this is called ‘the little brain in the heart’ and these neurons seem capable of short and long term memory

Now the bad news.

Yes everything is connected ad we can as humans, chill out and drop ourselves into a living expanding Internet of data. The problem is we all crave full broadband speed and quality – streaming full screen video like data with sound, yet we don’t yet have an internal broadband modem and the data tries to stream through to us from the target in spits and spurts form a much smaller connection – not unlike one of the first modems at speeds of 14,00kbps.

Yes we have access to any and all the information in the universe – the downside is the present connection can only accommodate something like these old Internet modems (4kb per second). For those of you non technical a standard website image 6cm by 6cm will be anything from 10 - 60kbs. This interprets to 3 – 18 seconds to fully build the picture. Because the data pipe is so limited the image or in our case target information has to come down in small parts , chunks or clusters of data. We then have to recompile the separated small parts of data at our end to recreate the image of the target. That’s OK we at least have a connection. We may have to wait longer and work a little more to build our final pictures but it’s a connection after all. Just work with what you’ve got.

Back to the remote viewing or simulating the target.

I’m sat there pen on paper initiating contact by the mere thought of the target. Bang it’s there – In an instant a snapshot of the target has been communicated. It was fast, really fast, like an inserted 1 frame subliminal image in a movie, I saw it but didn’t really see it – this was a gestalt or in internet/broadband terms a preview image – a small glimpse of the real thing, just enough to get a sense of something – colour, shape of general form. This I record with gusto using the ingenious ideogramatic language I have now adopted as my own. This you can see as my hand possessed of its own actions speeds across the page creating beautiful arcs and forms as it moves to interpret this instantaneous snapshot of the target into a swirl of lines.

I move on through the acclimatising stages of a learnt RV method approach to remote viewing. Each stage building the intensity of the data by pure weight of accumulated data. In the mid stages of the learnt method, the singular pieces of data start to come faster and in clusters of two or more impressions when I key myself by saying ‘what doe the target feel like when I touch it’;

‘Cold, hard, solid, angled’

You see I’m not actually touching the real target, but form the interconnectedness we have to all things I know what it would be like if I did touch it and from inside of me memories of me touching something like the target are called into play and used in the simulation. The whole act of remote viewing is building a simulation of the ‘actual’ remote target from past experiences. The mirror neurons see the snapshot of data and try to mirror or mimic this target data with our remembered and stored experiences. These Mirror neurons which could be our key or the root to being psychic could also be part of our downfall in remote viewing (more later).

Creating or simulating scenarios using mirror neurons is a normal everyday activity for us all, we all sit there and think/create a scenarios in our minds of what might unfold as we prepare dinner later that evening, or what might occur in the forthcoming business meeting. Our minds construct and play out the scenarios thousands of times a day, all using stored experiences and memories to predict an outcome or remote view a future event in our lives.

Anyway back to the viewing….

Like the old days of the Internet parts of my internal processes wait and watch as an image of the target stats to form in the deep places of my mind. Line by line, piece by piece like the old interlaced images on the Internet, the target image slowly and randomly reveals itself and indistinct parts of it start to make sense in the chaos of the emerging image.

Then more data clusters come through;

‘Tall, linear, red, structure’

My mind grapples with this information – somewhere in my internal memory, items are searched and a match is made to the data. But this isn’t an exact match. The mind is seriously trying to copy, mimic and simulate this target and the only tall, red, linear structure I have experienced is the Eiffel tower.

Before I know it this semi fitting piece of simulated data is inserted into my picture and simulation. I know as a feel ling from my internal snapshot that is developing of the target, that it’s not quite right – there nothing big enough for the Eiffel Tower to fit in to here – no other data seems to match it. So I can if I catch it right, I mark it as an AOL (Analytical overlay) – a guess but one that does hold some correct information about the target.

This is the problem or flaw with remote viewing. The mirror neurons are prone to adding to the simulation of the actual target data that is a very close match but not a 100% match I personally feel that this is due to the desire of the viewer to want to get the target named, once it’s named it feels more real and physical. This desire over time can be overcome and trained out by the viewer and the need to have the final naming recedes allowing for AOL’s to be less and also less harmful.

In a nutshell –the universe is all connected which means we can know anything about everything anywhere. When we think or active our intent towards a target this then stimulates the Mirror neurons to mimic and create a simulation of the target .Using our learnt and remembered experiences, a picture of the target is simulated at a distance. If we don’t have all the correct experiences sometime the next best memory/experience we have is used in the simulation which causes AOL or small errors.

So there you have it, after ten years of doing it every week these are my present thoughts on the remote viewing mechanisms - Given this I also have some thoughts on improving your remote viewing and or Remote viewing in general;

Games – computer games where you play in computer simulated worlds I feel enhance the development of remote viewing. The mind after a time gets used to creating 3D simulated environments. Ask any gamer who has played a map for a hour – in their mind they can in 3D move around and simulate that map and act out scenarios.

Experiences – Remote viewing and probably ALL psi abilities are linked to learnt experiences. We bring to the table what we have learnt in life. This is why we are always better at remote viewing targets we have actually been to and experienced in real life – the data is always richer and more positive form these. This is not just my personal experiences but has been noted time and time again. This is because the simulation is using data that is a 100% match to recreate the simulation by the mirror neurons.

So to be a better remote viewer experience and observe more. It’s another reason why feedback is so important to remote viewing – feedback allows data to be recognised and stored as experiences for you to use again. So go out into the world and touch more objects, feel and observe the textures and the sensations. Build that library of experiences especially the sensory experiences.

Words – learn more – the more ways you can express, simulate the data that is crying out to you the more accurate you will be with remote viewing and simulating the target. Expand you vocabulary and you expand your remote viewing capabilities.

Finding the best remote viewers – this process might be best determined by finding the people who have the bigger/better Mirror neuron systems. Coincidentally there are I would say more men remote viewers than women there may be a good reason for this. Men are very visual they like to watch things. Of course this is one of the reasons why porn is so prevalent. But mirror neurons maybe at play here as well.

“In yet another realm, mirror neurons are powerfully activated by pornography, several scientists said. For example, when a man watches another man have sexual intercourse with a woman, the observer's mirror neurons spring into action. The vicarious thrill of watching sex, it turns out, is not so vicarious after all.”*1

Maybe there are more male remote viewer not because of porn, but because men are generally more visual – who knows but its food for thought.

Euro remote viewing kicks off.

Well we finally did it. Remote viewers form different contries and rv backgrounds got togther in London, UK. Countries in attendance at the first Euro Rv/TKR meeting were:

Spain,
Australia.

Different rv methods were in attendance from freestyle/natural remote viewing to TRV and CRV and the meeting went well with no arguing over the best methods and the only real centre point of interest was the furthering of Rv for those involved in the meeting and as a community.

For those of you who attended the meeting and who will read this, thank you! It was both great fun, and very informative. It also showed me personally that Rv does have a chance of developing and that there are very dedicated and knoledgeable people who want to see RV develop and grow.

Lost! - Operational Remote Viewing

I sit here and look deeply into the yellow post-it note. As if the number scribbled across it will impart some deep knowledge. In actuality I suppose it will as I yet again hope it will transport me across time and space to find yet another missing person. At this stage I don’t know who, where or the circumstances of the case but it’s all here hidden somewhere in the universe by this little scribbled number and I know there are real people waiting, and hoping that me psychically probing will give them the concrete leads or kick start that they so desperately need.

This is operational remote viewing. Just like the old military Stargate remote viewing unit, every part of this process and the anticipated data I bring back for a psychic foray into no man’s land has and will impact lives and decisions. There are real people waiting on what I can uncover, sometimes desperate people, loved ones, family, stressed and nowhere else to go police detectives trying to find the tens of thousands of people that disappear every year.

It’s hard – have no illusions over this. I’m on my sixth official case and it doesn’t get easier. I’m still determined I know that somehow this amazing gift and skill I have developed, can help, can find these lost souls that haunt the living so much.

You see its not practice anymore, the feedback isn’t some picture of some bridge or ancient structure, it’s a picture of a healthy, vibrant nineteen year old blonde girl, hair tied back in a ponytail, the typical image you see in millions of homes across the world, an innocent stare at the camera, a stare of promise, which you now know has been cruelly cut short.

The pressure is on, it’s not intentional but it’s there in the background, lingering. People want results, they need results, at this stage, when psychics are called in – you know it’s the last stop before the case is officially cold. This isn’t always the case – sometime a rush project gets sent through and a psychic foray may just help save a life but more often than not I’m guessing its after the fact and the real train has long but been blown away by the winds of time. But the pressure’s on and the controller, who is far removed from me somewhere on the other side of the world, in a place I have only seen envisioned in films and books, awaits for my data. Unlike the remote viewing I have done to date in years of practice he’s not interested in a perfect form of CRV on paper, he doesn’t want to see where an AOL manifested and sent me off track. There are lives at stake, people waiting, crimes and mysteries to be solved, and someone to be punished. And all this relies on the sacred little clusters of data and sketches I now have to spend the next couple of hours marking on my stack of white paper. My controller doesn’t care how I get the data or even if it’s under the strict protocols that define RV form other psychic practices, he just wants to know how and where.

All it comes down to is this how and what happened and where is the person. In an idea world I could hand them a scribbled address or map coordinate, but this is remote viewing and words, name and numbers and hard fought for precious pieces of data that very rarely manifest through the methods of describing the target piece by piece, little by little. I sit there producing pages of descriptive data, it feels like this, there is a rising hill to the left, and the ground feels boggy underfoot. Sketches of loose shapes resembling structures in a landscape fill the empty whiteness of the paper – but as I’m doing this I just want to scream ‘for fucks sake just tell me the fucking address of the place’ – yet this doesn’t come. So I keep on sketching, keep on describing. Determination drives you through – ‘I will describe this god damn place so well that a blind man would recognize it’, I say to myself, determined to help at least one person, to affect at least one life.

I make it sound worse than it is and on occasion do help to the small degree that I can. I get an email form the controller – feedback on a rush case ‘002’. I said she was dead, dumped locally, strange body position and that I felt the boyfriend had done it. Sketches indicate a female lying next to a long linear road going south. Days later the police feedback that they have found a body, it’s the victim, dumped in a dumpster. I check the address in Google maps – the road is long, linear and ‘southbound’ is part of its address. The police also say the boyfriend is on the run.

Its early days for me, this is new territory now. A lot rides on these little scribbles of data. Faces hide behind every target, lives and losses, people wanting and needing answers and looking at you for them. This brings a different and new kind of urgency and respect to the process. A sobering reality that remote viewing as it stands is good, but that it also needs further work, it’s like it needs a conclusion – Remote viewing or CRV (controlled remote Viewing) feels and works like an unfinished play, the final scene where the culmination of all the hard work and description form into the final picture that is presented – is still missing. Now when this final piece of the puzzle is found and slotted into place remote viewing will be the tool or power we all hope and want it to be. Until then I’ll keep plodding on, describing remote places and remote people to that blind man.

Remote Viewing has been at the forefront of my mind and my life for eleven years now. Ten of these I have spent in learning the craft and slowly but surely moving up through imaginary grades like a martial artist to a level where I am totally confident and comfortable with the internal process – it’s become a natural part of me and like a martial art it’s become a natural reactionary process.

I spend a lot of my time and life involved in various remote viewing activities, from investigating the minute details of the CIA/DIA/ARMY’s military program using remote viewing more commonly known by its final name of STARGATE, to many other RV related activities including email discussion groups, my personal training and more commonly over the past couple of years real world or operational remote viewing projects.

Still after all this time every remote viewing session has something new to teach me as the complexities of the process and the routes of communication through my body to me and built and re-routed. I cannot in words describe the internal feelings one gets when feedback is given and side by side you can match data that came out of nowhere and that jumped out of the pen onto the paper in excited patterns of sketches and word clusters.

The pure joy of rereading my RV session and clearly seeing what was trying to be communicated and how the system that does this is intelligent enough to know when something is or isn’t working and how it reorganised itself and tries new ways to form lines of communication, if only you could see my face, like a madman clutching a handful of papers I sit there smiling to myself, all the while the feedback is working its magic and the new communication pathways solidify in my mind with the positive reinforcement.

There is just no other form of psychic skill that offers what Remote viewing offers - which is a way to easily record, organise and explore your psychic impressions and also a tool to validate your psychic data.

Recently, within a small band of brothers, a small group of very organised and talented remote viewers who have banded together to form the start of an operational remote viewing group, we have started to compile ‘real world’ and operational targets. This moves us outside of the years of training and starts to confidently explore using Remote Viewing where it should and where it needs to be ‘the real world. Within this group we have started to compile an assortment of great remote viewing which will soon grace a portfolio of services, but more importantly we can confidently look into real events and situations knowing confidently our capabilities and skills.

On September 4^th I received a BLIND target form a colleague by email. Blind means I don’t have any knowledge of the target or further contact with the tasker other than when I send them my Rv session/data. The information was 7222-8444. Now I say ‘I’ but in reality the ‘band of brothers’ all received the same target, but at this time I will only discuss my results but will say that all six of the viewers had very similar data and pretty much the same location and detail.

On disclosure days later the target turned out to be:

TARGET 7222 - 8444

DESCRIBE THE LOCATION OF AVIATOR STEVE FOSSETTS PLANE
AND CIRCUMSTANCES SUROUNDING HIS DISAPEARANCE

Enclosed here is my Rv session for this target. I can’t say at this stage how valid any of this data is as remote viewing is Not the best tool for specifics using numbers and words so finding locations is hard unless s a tool like dowsing is employed or a lot more Rv work is done on the same target.

Also remember that Rv is NOT 100% accurate by any stretch of the imagination. Also remember that we were all BLIND to the target and yet we all had overlapping and data that showed a consistent theme that was correct in part for this target. Until we get full feedback we will not know how accurate we All were. Personally I dont think there is enough data in my session alone to show a location, in all the sessions combined - maybe!

If I get permission from ALL the viewers involved I will post the RV sessions here for you to decide for yourselves.

Enclosed here is a independent 'BLIND' analysis of ALL of our combined data into what the analyst thought the target was based on our 'combined' remote viewing data. Remember the analyst was also BLIND to the actual target.

UK MOD looks through the Stargate remote viewing program for UFO's

Earlier this year (February) it was revealed through FOIA (Freedom of information act) documents that the UK MOD previously conducted secret tests into remote viewing in 2002. The MOD study concluded that even though they used complete novices with very shaky project structure and a 28% accuracy rate that 'remote viewing' was of little value.

Yet this doesn’t actually seem to be the first time the British MOD investigated remote viewing, and it seems that certain branches of the MOD actually already had a closer relationship with remote viewing.

Hidden amongst the confusion of the 89,901 CIA/DIA Stargate FOIA documents was a standard run of the mill report of the monthly activities of the current Stargate project manager circa June 1994. In this document he details an upcoming meeting with a secret arm of the UK MOD - DI-55.

Why is this interesting? – Firstly because it seems the MOD interest in remote viewing actually started well before the 2002 study (eight years before) and secondly, DI-55 is the branch of the MOD that allegedly deals with UFO’s. So yet again we have two intelligence services across the pond from each other and another UFO connection to American remote viewing projects.

A note from DI55 to the public UFO desk on 5^th July 1995 said:

"I see no reason for continuing to deny that the [Defence Intelligence Service] has an interest in UFOs. However, if the association is formally made public then the MoD will no doubt be pressured to state what the intelligence role/interest is”.

In the mid seventies, the English channel was the venue for a secret and amazing psychic cold war incident, the channel is the busiest shipping lane in the world and many incidents happened there during that period, but an occasion occurred that still baffles intelligence personnel. A warning light on a marker bouy had gone out and Trinity House who deal with the bouys, had to send out a small boat a.s.a.p. to put it right, when they reached the bouy, they found that a nearby Russian trawler was casually using it as target practice for small arms fire, The Trinity House repair crew quickly retreated back to the bigger boat, and on looking through binoculars saw the Russian trawler was bristling with concealed armaments, the Admiralty decided to ask a passing U S aircraft carrier to put itself between the bouy and the trawler, so repairs could be made on the bouys light.

The bill for the hire of the U S aircraft carrier to the British admiralty was “£ 3000 per hour.

Some years later on defector evidence it was said that the whole operation was “controlled and psychically overwatched “ by Wolf Messing trained thought transmission operatives on board the trawler.

The Russian society for experimental psychology founded in 1891, went underground during the communist oppression, when officially such things were frowned upon, yet over the next 60 years advances in psychic techniques and disciplines were sharpened and honed by soviet scientists, to an astonishing degree.

Soviet documents describe such things as “motor impulses” which we in the west call telepathy, had advanced to such a point that restricted documents show successful tests in sending messages from submarine to surface, and even mentally intercepting the feel of U S sent coded message traffic. How the west came to find out was an interesting story in itself, a senior Soviet operative from Directorate One, the dept, that ran the psychic testing, was continually passed over for promotion, due to his very poor birth, and his mother a cleaner in the building, took away scraps of paper and smuggled them to the west in revenge.

Vladimir Durov with his animal and people mental tests, showed the value of mental influence, and in Britain in W.W.II Alexander Cannon as part of Churchill’s occult “Black team” showed similar in his lecture called; “Proving the impossible – Possible,” This news held the British war dept in a state of shock. Famous Neuropathologist Vladimir Bekhterev was forced into the “ thought suggestions” programme, by communist hardliners, in military terms any psychic operations are called, Psychotronics, and Bekhterev became head of the Brain Research Institute at Leningrad, where he had unlimited funding to improve by whatever means possible the abilities of cold war psywarriors. Sensitive subjects were hot-housed in experiments round the clock day after day month in month out until their abilities were honed to a knife edge.

The battery effect was where a battery of wills where a team of thought transmission agents, could will the U.S president to make decisions in the Soviet favour, this was demonstrated in the Cuban missiles crisis when the U S was stopped from using this as an excuse for an attack, as one senior defector said;” but it was alright for the U S to have missiles on OUR doorstep in W. Germany” Successful usage of this was also claimed to interfere, confuse and muddle defectors statements, as in the James Angleton investigations. The defector also claimed successful testing, and feasibility for the psychotronics team to stop the heart beat of someone from across the world, in preparation for an attack on the U S president and others.

Professor Leonid Vasiliev, Yuri Orlov and Wolf Messing, have all separately been identified as part of the Soviet psychic warfare iniative by both A. I. Ps ( agents in place) and defector informants, who under the Witness protection programme, have given startling evidence of developed clairvoyance, telekinesis remote viewing, telepathy and thought disruption and interference, to the point where a subject can be taken under remote control and used as the “Manchurian candidate” of say a Sirhan Sirhan. Alexander Litvinenko still had much to tell us, when he was murdered last week.

Much Soviet documentation in the top secret red papers category and now in the west has been used by Paul Mc’kenna and Derren Brown type performers to amusing effect. Regrettably many experiments under the orders of Joseph Stalin himself were carried out in Soviet mental hospitals, where subjects were said to have had their capabilities enhanced and extended to the point of madness.

The Mitrokhin archives show that after Krushchev’s accession in 1956 Psi research was given increased funding in secret while openly decried as nonsense. Lavrenti Beria the psychopathic secret police chief claimed Wolf Messing could read his thoughts and could yet make, train and build the greatest of all spies.

In a superb article in Unexplained magazine, it states that just prior to the siege of Leningrad in 1940 Vassiliev showed that the muscles of an insects intestines respond to electrical impulses emitted from contracting human muscles, showing amazing connective thought between species, plant experiments also show this connection .

Czech parapsychologist Dr .Milan Ryzl claimed the most startling research has never been seen, particularly on suggestology, and Frank Hyde the London Psychic demonstrated at the U S Embassy in 1975 how he could mentally rummage the drawers in the secure room, while standing downstairs in the foyer, and re-tell what the documents said. His psychic connection to the U S space shots, if true, is rumoured still classified. In response to defector information, the U.S under several people such as general Stubblebine, began training their own psywarriors, using much material from Britain, under Winston Churchill’s wartime Black team magical experiments. Dr Venyami Yermolayev with his psychokinetic crew, demonstrated the levitation of extremely heavy objects by thought alone, and Dr. venyami Pushkin documented men being lifted high into the air, as in the India rope trick, Neurophysicist Dr. Gennady Sergayev even Invented a Bio-energy measuring device for testing these wonders.

In 1970 the book “psychic discoveries behind the iron curtain” was published by Schroeder and Sheila Ostrander, and upset the Russians for revealing its espionage defence and psywar capabilities, but most of all how to intercept and alter thought telepathy between enemy agents. These filmed experiments aren’t the jaded attempts certain magicians have tried to create to disinform the public at large about this true human ability, but are clear evidence of the human potential which is within us all maybe even the sceptics.

Looking thru my many archive boxes in the attic which contain thousands of pages of remote viewing sessions and just about anything I could find online about the subject circa 1996 to present day, I came across this insightful article form the jedi master of RV himself Ingo Swann. This article resonates with me in a time whereby we still have no answers to the abduction and UFO riddle and yet we the practitioners of RV could find the solution just like Ingo describes - the only catch getting a qualified group of remote viewers to actaully work togther on it.

Anyone who has been keeping up with UFO and ET-abduction news during the last 30 years must realize that Earthlings have a problem that is increasing in scope and meaning. It goes far beyond the exciting technological possibilities hinted at by UFO hardware and the allegedly "advanced intelligence" of beings who create and fly it.

As UFO-ET abductee evidence increasingly shows, we Earthlings are being sexually farmed and harvested, without our cooperation, for our genetic materials and for purposes that are completely obscured by the ETs, and which must be considered ominous.

We Earthlings have surrounded this dreadful activity with cultural avoidance, scientific skepticism, giggles, argumentation, divisive speculation among UFO researchers, wholesale media debunking, and apparently with deliberate government disinformation. There is nothing wholesome about ET activity or about our confused responses to it.

When UFOs inhabit our sky, confuse radar, and cause government concern, and thousands are abducted by ETs, we definitely have a UFO-ET problem. [But] we have not defined the problem per se. Many are uncertain that we even have a problem, and until the nature of the real problem is established, many can ignore UFO-ET issues altogether.

The problem does not reduce to human terms. UFOs and ETs must be understood on their own terms... The situation, as managed and mismanaged so far, fails to uncover the one common denominator that we and the ETs have (besides their interest in our genetic materials.)

All abductees and many who have sighted UFOs insist that ETs communicate with them by telepathy, via an outright, undeniably psychic method.

Using an outmoded description of telepathy, they are the psychic senders while we are the psychic receivers. This form of communication makes it patently clear that they possess psychic abilities and communicate to us through ours.

The ETs psychically "read" or "scan" human mind contents, and abductees report their own awareness of this. Psychic communicating and scanning is reported in all abductee stories. Yet human UFO-ET researchers have not followed up on it. Researchers avoid the psychic issues altogether, and few of them are willing to become involved with psychic research. Mainstream resistance to their mission is difficult enough without incorporating psychic research, the other topic which the mainstream resists vigorously.

If abductee evidence is accepted, however, as it increasingly is, then we also have to begin accepting its overt psychic foundations. The ETs communicate with us psychically. They could not do so unless we too possess a psychic substructure through which the communication can take place. We have a common psychic denominator, and it seems strange that I should be the first to make an issue of it, because it has been identifiable since the Betty and Barney Hill abduction in 1961.

We are on the undeveloped end of the matter. This is largely our own fault because our mainstream societies, religions, and sciences are unalterably opposed to psychic research and psychic development and have taken very active social measures to suppress them. Considering this active social suppression, something very ominous rears its head vis-a-vis ET psychicness and human psychic suppression throughout history.

If they possess developed psychic capabilities and we undeveloped ones, it is feasible to assume that, if we developed ours, we could achieve some measure of penetration into ET motives, activities, and purposes. It is clear they will continue to have immeasurable psychic and real advantages over us as long as we do not develop psychic capabilities and permit the issue to be completely ignored.

It should be clear to us that they are not eager for us to develop psychically enough to enable us to psychically assess them. It is possible to deduce that the reason psychic research is resisted and debunked in our societies may originate with them and not with us. We as a species may have been mind-entrained by them to attack and destroy our own psychic capacities.

"Telepathic communication" is the one single common denominator of all contactee and abductee experiences. This telepath is two-way: from the ET, or their androids, to humans; and since ETs know what humans are thinking, from us to the ETs. Why then do some researchers stand in awe of ET psychic powers but laugh when our own psychic potentials are suggested to them?

We could at least try to meet psychic power with psychic power. For example, a hundred people who have successfully demonstrated psychic abilities could be asked to focus on the UFO-ET problem and build up a psychically-acquired information pool. The results and conclusions of this pool would place us in a mess no worse than the one surrounding the UFO-ET situation today. Some new, if unorthodox, insights into the problem might emerge.

Some time ago, I wondered how many people have had intuitions or psychic perceptions of UFOs and ETs beyond those reported by abductees. I have had some, but 20 years of psychic experience has confirmed that better overall pictures are obtained by correlating many psychic inputs. The average man or woman could easily provide significant clues when those clues are integrated into a larger scenario.

Experience has also taught me that many people are reluctant to contribute psy impressions because of potential ridicule, or because they feel the matter should be left to psychics or established researchers. Come on, people, we are being kidnapped and genetically farmed, and the next abductees may be you or your children. A larger ET picture is being built up by them. We need to penetrate the ET scenario before it is too late. This is no longer a matter of parapsychologists, debunkers, skeptics, scientists, media slapstick, and so on. We need to go to work psychically no matter who we are.

Whilst part of the way through organising the entire archives into chronological order I found this doc which to me a CRV student is like a holy relic. This document is an earlier version than the curretn public domain manual, and is a record of Ingos famous six stage CRV methodology. What's differnt for me about this document is that it feels less military in its overall feeling and the addition of diagrams and an actual CRV session makes it an easier insight into how this ingenious PSI method works.

I feel this is a great document and a great insight into Ingo's thinking. Especially for those Newbies stuck on some of the key CRV elements like Ideograms - its a great find. The gem in the crown is near the back, a hypothetical set of stages past the stage 6 going from 7 to stage 11.
And boy some of the expanded stage ideas are mind blowing! (see below)

STAGE VII ANALYTICS
Analytics is the ability to make a yes/no decision without producing AOL. This also gives the viewer the ability to "recognize" numbers and letters. This is a further development of Stages IV and V. This has application in the recognition of addresses in search problems and code breaking. This stage is in the process of development by I.Swann. According to Mr. Swann this development is proceeding well.

STAGE VIII PHONETICS/SONICS
This, too, is a concept of 1.Swann. This was originally beli'eved to be Stage VII until he realized analytics actually preceded it. Stage VIII will allow the viewer to produce phonetic/sonic sounds which, it is hypothesized, will allow the viewer to produce the name of persons, places, and things at the site. In my experience these signals, which I have produced, have at times been very accurate. An example of this is "Carribah", which was produced when tasked against Karriba Dam.

STAGE IX TELEPATHIC SIGNALS
Stage IX is a follow-on to the Stage IV emotional impact (EI) column. The EI column is the place the viewer discusses the "feelings" of people at the site. If the viewer is "in-touch" with a distant persons feelings the next step would seem to be a more complete telepathic link. Stage IX would be broken into two phases:

PHASE I would be receiving telepathic signals from the site area. Again, this is very similar to Stage IV EI.

PHASE II would be transmitting telepathic signals to the site area. Once we understand telepathic signals well enough to receive them the next step would be to transmit them.

STAGE X REMOTE ACTION (RA)
Stage X would be mind-over-matter, also known as psychokinesis (PK). We have very little understanding of PK, but we do know it exists. If Stage IX is telepathic signals which effect people, it is logical the next stage would be RA signals which effect "things".

Stage X would be divided into three phases:

PHASE I Would be affecting or interacting with "things" at the site.

PHASE II would be teleportation of things from the site. Teleportation is an element of PK. Once we can interact with things at the site the next step would be to "bring things back from the site".

PHASE III would be teleportation of things to the site. Once we can remove things from the site we should be able to send them as well.

STAGE XI ALTERING THE DIMENSIONALITY AT THE SITE
This is the most diffiE-ultstage to under s tanT.-Time is considered another dimension, but there may be many more. Mathematically it is considered that there are infinite numbers of dimensions.

Stage XI would be broken into at least two phases:

PHASE I would be altering time at the site. Time could be frozen, moved forward, or moved back. The implications of this are mind boggling. I believe this is the first stage where we could truly effect (alter) the future (as well as the past and the present).

PHASE II Maybe by the time we reach Stage XI we will understand enough about alternate dimensions to use this phase. I believe there would probably be an additional phase for each additional dimension we discover. I realize these concepts are difficult to grasp and impossible to believe, but, they are a natural flow of the signal and it is for this reason I included them. Only time will tell,whatever time is.

Indonesian plane crash remote viewing sessions

Remote viewing locates plane - underwater.

On Jan 7^th 2007 I as part of a closed team, I was blindly tasked with the target which is the title of the headline above. At the time the authorities involved were still mainly looking over land for the missing plane. Overall the group did really well on this target – with coherent and matching data throughout – three of the remote viewers describing a vehicle crash event.

The last paragraph of my session summary is as follows.

Overall:
I would say the target involves intense erratic natural motion which affects a manmade structure/s and life. The motion comes in waves and builds to a point then slowly dissipates. The natural motion feels like water. The key part of the target indicate underneath so I feel there may have been an event whereby the structure or life went under the water due to a natural event that was a surprise event. This target happened in the past.

My very first impression from the moment I closed my eyes and tried to home-in on the target was of ‘flying over water’ which is clearly recorded in the first line of the session. I think you’ll see from the data and from the sketches that I was clearly on target and this is a good start to the year.

Remote viewing in 2007

Well I’m officially back to RV. Two months have passed and I’m now fully recharged and have my first three ‘back to work’ sessions behind me and they seem to be good so far. As soon as I get the OK from one of the taskers I will post the most recent here – I think you’ll agree it’s a hit and worth a round of martini’s at the psi bar.

It’s great to get back into ‘the zone’. Any of you who remote view or do psychic work on a regular basis will know what I mean. The feeling is amazing, there’s nothing like it – it’s like growing wings, spreading them and launching into the blue.

Anyway its now 2007 and I have been remote viewing now for eleven years this year. In this time I’ve seen remote viewing grow and spread its wings, but in many respects it still looks like a caged bird to me. Yes we have easier to access resources but in reality if I ask the hard questions most people don’t actually like to ask – nothing much has changed. We still have individual pocket sized groups of remote viewers eagerly following the teaching of their beloved Zen masters. Or if this approach isn’t possible you’ll find many more camped around the TKR campfire huddled together for heat and comfort. But with general research or advancement of the subject itself, nothing has changed. We still all war and bicker over methodologies and past history, we only really get along with friendly nods and graces, but like the distant relative, we poke our noses and bicker as the backs turn.

Many people who try to learn do so in such an ad hoc manner that it’s a case of one step forward and three backwards as methods, concepts and clear lessons recorded over the history of rv are ignored with a ‘just do it’ approach. Don’t get me wrong I want and would like to see more people try remote viewing, I also applaud anyone who gets out of the armchair and who puts their talent where there mouth is, but at the same time I also see so many foregoing crucial and time tested methods, concepts and knowledge in their ‘fast food’ approach to learning RV. It’s not all the fault of our ‘fast service’ society its also still after eleven years still some what partly the blame of those who hold the keys to RV training. Yes training is possible now, but it’s still very limited, and for most people, too expensive. I still have to ask – why has no-one other than Joe McMoneagle published a real book on the how to’s of RV (Remote Viewing Secrets). Yes we have copies of a few free manuals that have crept out of the woodwork – but nothing substantial and if you really want to read anything to help with the manuals then so far its been left up to the odd student like myself and others (Greywolf) to help as best we could. Why is this? Why can’t rv break free of its binding chains of the past?

So, back to 2007 – I’m hoping but not banking on it that RV will step up to the plate this year. I’m hoping that a few viewers can get organised and motivated and really start to pull something together, something that will both help the subject of RV move forward and that will also use this skill as it should be used – and help some people!

Well after along time in writing and nearly ten years of psychic travel I have recorded some of the psychic experiences and how to's in a book.
It's not a book about remote viewing but a book about remote travelling whereby myself as part of a small home circle group, travel through psychicially created portals into other dimensions, time and space, and the experiences we have with some of the many different forms of life.
Within these travels we meet spiritual angels, aliens, and a vast range of spiritually evolved beings who impart great knowledge about how the universe works and mans part in the mechanism. The circle group has been exploring these realms for over ten years now, and like remote viewing all explorations and communications are recorded on paper. The group, usually no more than four are all dedicated and experienced psychics, but even this couldn't prepare us for the encounters with the darker side of the universe. Dark shouded creatures that stalk the psychic, watching and waiting for a time to act.

U.S Navy commander questions the closure of the Stargate remote viewing program

A newly released and very thought provoking document hit the net recently. A paper written for the Marine Corp. war college by a Commander L.R.Bremseth, United States Navy, 2001.
The subject matter is the CIA/DIA Remote viewing program - and should it be re-initiated.

Did the CIA terminate the remote viewing program because it feared potential ridicule by association, or did it stage a "public execution" as a means of taking the program underground? Both are legitimate questions.

The first is understandable given perception of paranormal activities by many within American society, as well as the CIA's past experiences involving controversial research efforts. Arguably, the second question is more intriguing as it implies that the CIA recognized the value of remote viewing, yet intended to make it appear otherwise.

By discrediting the program, was the CIA actually intending to continue using remote viewing but under its own supervision and for its own purposes under a newly established and more tightly controlled program? Or, was the CIA concerned that remote viewing could be used to access sensitive U.S. secrets by both U.S. and non-U.S. remote viewers, particularly if this ability was somehow to become publicly recognized and possibly regarded as intriguing or even stimulating by society at-large? What becomes of intelligence services if or when they can no longer guarantee the security of their respective nation's most sensitive secrets? Remote viewing could not be controlled and the CIA knew it. Albeit speculative, these questions are but a few that deserve more in-depth treatment than was afforded the remote viewing program by the AIR report.

ARV - Remote Viewing and winning

My month long reintroduction to hard core remote viewing practice is going well. Part of my new training is the expansion of outcomes based ARV style remote viewing. For this I am using randomly picked football matches that will occur within 48 hrs of my RV sessions. I pick five matches at a time and do a quick 1 minute RV session for each match. The cue for each of these sessions is roughly ‘will xxx win the match on xxx date’.

Currently I have done 20 games and am running at about 70-80% accuracy overall. I have made a little cash on these betting experiments and now use a two pronged approach. Firstly I bet a mall accumulator bet on the five games – this may if I beat my general accuracy and get a ‘martini session’ give me the big win of hundreds. I also bet a single small amount of each individual football game. This, if I keep to my accuracy of 80% give me enough winnings to cover the accumulator, the individual bets and a small amount of profit.

Overall it’s working well and with a few tweaks to the cueing and targeting I feel that there may even be another 5% increase in accuracy to be achieved. Based on my previous post it helps by NOT having more than one objective linked to the ARV targeting at the point of creating the targets.

Anyway its still early days but showing promise so I’ll keep you informed.

The Mary Celeste dissapearance of crew...

Im in a practice process at the moment trying to get some of my mojo back that i have lost during a long term illness. This means lots and lots of remote viewing practice of targets everyday. One of these recent sessions was for 'the Mary Celeste crew dissapearance of 1872'. I thought I'd share this - not because its a particuarly good session but because it does have some interesting data that could favour a UFO event.

Displacement in remote viewing

For the last few months I have been pondering this important problem that has affected all remote viewers trialling ARV techniques. ARV (Associative Remote Viewing) is a process to supposedly make the remote viewing process easier when used for predictive targets. An associative image is chosen for a ‘yes’ conclusion and a different image is chosen for a ‘no’ conclusion. The viewer then completes a target with a cue like;

‘will the silvers market go up or down tomorrow’.

They then try to view what feedback will be shown to them – whatever target it matches is the best choice of an outcome. The problem is that the viewer seems to pickup and report data from any of the other photo choices in the experiment as well as or instead of the actual target data – but why?

My thoughts on this have now distilled into the thoughts that the very structure that allows RV to be possible is also responsible for the problems of displacement.

How does remote viewing occur?

No-one really know how psi and remote viewing works but new advances in quantum physics, the holographic theory and others are building a picture that does have a very real place for psychic phenomena in our universe.

These new theories build our universe as being vast connected worlds of vibrating moving waves of matter that exists in the spaces between what we think is space. In essence there is no actual space just a huge universe of moving colliding waves – some we see as solid objects the others we don’t.

Within this universe which could be the Akashic records that philosophy has discussed for centuries reside the smallest parts of the universe that whiz around at great speed, sometimes here, sometimes far away, even in time and space, some particles have even been recorded in two places at the same time as they flit in and out of dimensions. It’s also been noted that two particles if separated by any amount of distance can communicate and respond to each others actions and also do so instantaneously.

A great guide to how this information transfer works I feel has been shown in past experiments like that of homeopathy whereby water that once had contact with an element still retains the information for that element even though no parts of the actual original element remain. Bulked at by modern doctors I feel doctors of the future fully understanding how the universe is all connected with quantum mechanics will laugh at the detractors and not great men like Jacques Benveniste http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jacques_Benveniste who have been wronged with their homeopathic research.

As we are part of this formed universe I feel the remote viewing process and the fact that we can access information about anything, anywhere in time and space are just larger expansions of what we see happening at the quantum level and in the homeopathic experiments. In the wise words that have been passed down over the millennia years ‘As above, so below’.

If the smallest parts of our universe (sub atomic particles) can move anywhere in time and space and communicate information, And as we are made of and interwoven with these particles in this universe - it’s only right that we too can access these faculties

Consciousness creates order.

The one key component that allows psychic functioning to work and is also both the key to Remote viewing and the problem of ARV displacement is consciousness or intent. In the quantum world an observer crashes the pattern of randomness and collapses all the random quantum states into one. This is known as the observer effect. What is found is that matter exists in ALL possible states until observed by us – by settling our conscious thoughts on them they settle down into a ‘real’ state. In essence our conscious thoughts and intent create and affect the entire world around us.

How does this affect ARV you ask?

Well I think it’s the same intent during the ARV setup process for the viewer to get data in relation to feedback associations that creates displacement. If as we suspect consciousness and intent creates order in the quantum universe then the process of more than one chosen possible feedback target can’t work. For the process of choosing them and including them in the ARV process collapses and links them.

For example;

We have a tasker who wants to know the six winning lottery numbers. They assign photo feedback targets to each of the 47 lottery numbers, hoping the viewer will report the right six for the six winning numbers. At this point where a conscious decision or intent has linked ALL the images they have created waves or rippling routes of communication at a quantum level. Now the full intent of the tasker maybe for ONLY the six winning numbers, but the problem is that just by assigning feedback to ALL the numbers they have been collapsed out of the field of possibilities and communication lines connected between them all.

This I feel is the main problem with displacement. Essentially the viewer, albeit unbeknown is following the intent of the tasker. Then when the target is consciously constructed. The act of multiple feedback linking only creates multiple communication pathways that the viewer may wander down. This may also be why displacement results are generally more of a mixture of more than one data set rather than definite misses (although both do occur). Now the targetter bviously doesnt mean for all these targets to be connceted they just are as part of the way the universe works.
