CIA operational Remote Viewing 1984.
In 1995 the official Remote Viewing projects were stopped and made public. The excuse was that Remote viewing had no operational value - mmm DO I and the official CIA FOIA documents agree - er no!
This letter is from the Star Gate Remote viewing archives - CIA Letter circa May 1984
"Staff advisers inform me that during such tasks for us, CENTER LANE sources have often "made contact" far beyond what might be expected by probabilities and coincidence"
